A note from
the founder

The watch raffle industry is broken.

And everyone knows it. Rigged odds buried in fine print. Draws with no winner. Ghost names. Instagram raffle pages that vanish overnight with tens of thousands in ticket sales. No verifiable randomness. No accountability.

GrailDraw is the opposite of all of that. We built it because we were tired of being the ones getting played.

So we built something we'd actually trust with our own money.

How It Works

From sealed envelope to signed delivery.

Seven phases. Each one designed so a stranger on the internet should be able to verify the result without trusting us.

01
Phase 01 · Selection

Watch is selected & confirmed.

Every piece on GrailDraw is a confirmed, authenticated, in-hand watch. Each draw page shows the model reference, condition grade, and estimated market value. No mockups, no stock images, no "we'll find one if you win." If it's listed, it exists, it's been authenticated, and it's ready to ship the moment a winner claims it.

02
Phase 02 · Sealing

The result is sealed before tickets open.

Before a single ticket is sold, we generate a secret server seed and publish its SHA-256 hash on the draw page. The seed itself stays locked. Anyone who can do basic maths can verify later that the seed we reveal matches the hash we published, which means the result was decided before sales started, and was never altered.

PublishedT-minus 7 days · Locked on-chain reference
03
Phase 03 · Sales

Tickets go on sale.

Players buy tickets at a fixed price. The number of available tickets, the prize, and the sealed hash are all on the page. No hidden ticket counts, no "we'll close early," no last-minute reveals. What you see is what's sold.

04
Phase 04 · Live Draw

We pull a Bitcoin block hash, live.

At draw time, on a live stream, we pull the latest Bitcoin block hash. That's a public number nobody controls or predicts. A fingerprint of all economic activity on the Bitcoin network at that moment. We combine it with our sealed seed to derive the winning ticket number.

It's maths, not magic. Two numbers go in, one number comes out. Anyone can re-run it. Nobody can change it.

Phase 05 · Derivation
06
Phase 06 · Verification

We open the envelope.

After the draw, we publish the original server seed. Hash it yourself with any free SHA-256 tool. It must match the hash we posted at Phase 02. Then plug both values into the formula on the draw page and you'll arrive at the same winning number. One click on "Verify" runs all of this for you, but the maths is fully open if you want to do it by hand.

07
Phase 07 · Settlement

Watch is delivered, or cash paid.

The winner chooses: take the watch, fully insured and shipped with original papers, or take cash at 80% of the set value. Either way, settlement happens within 72 hours of identity verification. No "winner unreachable" excuses. No social-media-only delivery announcements.

Fairness & Trust

The three pillars the rest of the industry skips.

Provably random.

Outcomes are derived from a Bitcoin block hash that nobody, including us, can predict or influence. The cryptographic seed is sealed and published before sales open. Verification takes one click, or one paste into a free SHA-256 tool.

Fully licensed.

GrailDraw operates under a regulated licence (Anjouan ALSI-202512005-FI1) issued to Grail Technologies Ltd. That means audited finances, segregated player funds, KYC, AML, and a real legal entity you can take to court, not a Telegram handle.

Transparently priced.

Every draw shows ticket count, ticket price, set value, and house edge in plain English on the draw page. We don't hide our edge. We publish it. If you don't like the number, don't play.

Provably Fair

The sealed envelope, in three phases.

Before the draw opens, the result is already decided. It cannot be altered. Here's exactly how.

Before the draw

The envelope is sealed.

We generate a secret code (the server seed) and lock it by publishing its SHA-256 hash. Like sealing the winning answer in an envelope and putting it on the table. Everyone can see the envelope. Nobody can open it or swap it.

During the draw

The key is found live.

On the live stream, we pull the latest Bitcoin block hash. A public value generated by the Bitcoin network that nobody controls or predicts. It becomes the second ingredient needed to produce the winning number.

After the draw

The envelope is opened.

We reveal the original server seed. You can hash it yourself using any free online tool and confirm it matches the hash published before the draw. Then re-run the formula to verify the winner. One click on "Verify" does it all.

Don't miss the opening.

Every update, every milestone, every build note goes here first.
